3rd Quarter Submission

Image
Cover: I decided to change the title font to match my group. We decided on Script my Bold for the word savory because we wanted it to stand out and look “savory”. We then decided to use Impact as the font for the word Sarasota. I also got rid of the blue bubble I had before because it didn’t look modern and conventional. Contents: I moved the pictures to one side of the page and the article titles to the other side. This makes it look more symmetrical. I also changed the font of the word contents to Script my Bold to tie in this page with my title page. Article: I changed the first page of my article to have one defining picture. I also made the columns of my article more symmetrical and straight. This helps make the article look conventional and professional.  I then added page numbers with the title and page number in the bottom right hand corner.

My group I had created a house style for our title we decided to use the font Script mt Bold for the word "Savory" and the font Impact for the word "Sarasota". This makes the title stand out more and makes our magazines more unison. I also moved around my cover page a little bit to make it more modern and look more high profile. In addition I used the Indesign app instead of the Publisher app.

My group and I worked together to create a house style for our table of contents. Most magazines have the same format in each issue for their table of contents and we wanted to stay up with the conventional ways of print magazine. Instead of using publisher for my contents I decided to use the Indesign app.

We wanted to create our own house style for our magazine so we decided to use the same fonts through out our magazine. We used Script mt Bold and Impact for our title fonts. My group also came together to use the same font for our page numbers, which we are putting in the bottom right corner of the page. I also rearranged my article page to make it look more conventional and not as cluttered. I used the In design app instead of publisher to create my article pages.
